Article I - The website

"Kevin Durand: The Ultimate Page" is not an official website. it's simply patroned by the actor himself. The difference : materials are not given by the agent, but by the actor, from his good will. So, I have no own rights on these materials. I have no rights to access to personal informations, because given by the actor, from his good will.

"Kevin Durand: The Ultimate Page" is with an extension ".info", that means I have NO TRADING RIGHTS. I'm forbidden to sell anything, because I have no rights to exploit his name, from a trading point of view (at the opposite to an official website). I have no rights to have profits, by the selling of merchandising. If you wish to order videos, CDs, or another goodies, please consult specialized websites as Amazon.com or another e-commerce websites.

Article II - Copyright and authors' rights (French laws)

I have no exploitation rights on pictures (except mine), videos and sounds. Concerning Copyright, only EXTRACTS are proposed. By honesty's sake for the authors' right, each trailer and no-owned videos is directly linked from the source (the website owner of the right) and not uploaded on my host. Each source is noticed and linked.

The videos extracts and the promos pictures / screen captures are the owning of : Dysney Hollywood pictures, New Line cinema, TNT, FOX, Waterfall Films, Universal, USA Networks, Showtime, MGM, Sci-Fi, Gruntland Pty Ltd, Chrystal Films.

For pictures, the screen captures are made from originals sources (DVD), and stay the owning of the sources named above. for promotional, making of, studio or events pictures, they took place on this website ONLY FOR A PERSONAL USE, and are protected by their own authors, that I engage myself to name eact time (inlaying of marks on each picture). When it's possible, I try to note the name of the author; if not, it's the name of company / agency..

Article III - Goodies

The "goodies" (wallpapers, screen savers, icons...) will be made by myself. They are free of download, to the condition you respect my signature. they are not proposed at sell, in any way. They are available for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For the screensavers (.exe), in despite of my attention, it would happen that virus come and enter during the hosting. I will advice you to check the zip folder with your antivirus, before to download it.. Given I'm not responsible from virus attacks on the host, I will not responsible from damages in your computer because of a virus, of which I DIDN'T KNOW THE EXISTENCE and IF YOU DIDN'T CHECK THE FOLDER. If your antivirus detects a infected file, please, warn me by E-MAIL. Thank for your understanding.

Article IV - The Host

I'm hosted by the French company "Avenue du Web". In despite of their great service quality, it could happen some problems of access, during their servor maintenances. Usually, these maintenances last several hours. If these maintenances are extended, I will not be responsible..

Article V - Updates / Ranking

The updates are made as regularly as possible. But if I have no new materials, it would be possible there are some slack periods. And on the other hand, these materials could be longer to come, because of the full timetable of the actor. Please, be patient.

The ranking are made in searches engines in keeping with the theme of the website (Actor / Cinema / Television). I have no sponsors, I receive financial support from nobody. My host is a professional one; so, there are NO ADS. On the other hand, the pictures galleries are installed under "popups" form: if your navigator or your firewall has a popup blocker, it will be necessary to desactivate it on this site, if you don't, the galleries won't be displayed.

Article VI - Your rights and obligations

"Kevin Durand: The Ultimate Page" is enterely free. But, to avoid the pirating of informations, I blocked the right-click, from my own will. I would be grateful to alert me if you copy some informations from this website, and to NAME THIS WEBSITE IN SOURCE. I do it when I must take informations from another source, so do it yourself by respect of my work. The access is neither restricted (except "PROFESSIONALS", réserved to showbusiness and press professionals only), nor with payable fees.

Of course, I do bans exchanges. Please, alert me by email and follow the instructions in "FANS" part. For professionals people: I don't practice advertising, for the reason I noted in article I. The"Fans" part is enterely dedicated to you, visitors. You will find on it forums, chatroom, guestbook, and several fansites links (in relation with Kevin Durand and his differents works). Before to register (not obliged) on forums or chatroom, read carefully te rules. You're not obliged to fill your member profile in the forum, but if you do it, know that your information will be accessible to anybody.

If you wish to receive signed pictures, tell me by email; I'll transmit your demand to the actor.

Article VII - Professionals

If you are showbusiness or press professionals (cast directors, producers, magazines, agencies....), this part is for you. This space will be enterely PRIVATE (the registration datas will be carefully checked on differents Chambers of Commerce), where you'll be able to find high resolution pictures, and more confidential informations (name and address of the agent, résumé, profile).

But, this part will be online, ONLY WITH Kevin Durand's agree. It isn't available now.
